Ordering, Guarantee, Shipping & Returns

We aim to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt. All products are supplied subject to availability.

An automated receipt will be emailed to confirm your order details. This is for guidance only and does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. You will be contacted directly in the event of any query, price change or shortage of a product. We reserve the right to refuse the supply of any item up until the point of dispatch without providing a reason. You may cancel the order at any time until dispatch. After dispatch our Returns Policy comes into force (see below). Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the order to you.

All products remain the property of Uviva until payment in full has cleared.
